Chidi Ike, PharmD Managing Partner, Pharmaceutical Division
As Managing Partner of MarpPharma, Dr. Ike provides strategic and clinical oversight for the division’s pharmaceutical initiatives. She is a licensed pharmacist with experience spanning infusion therapy, hospital pharmacy, and clinical practice. She has served in both public and private healthcare systems, contributing to patient outcomes in high-acuity environments. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Ike collaborated with government agencies and clinical stakeholders to support care continuity and public health response initiatives. Her expertise in evidence-based medicine, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration shapes MarpPharma’s commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and compliant pharmaceutical solutions to federal and institutional healthcare systems.
Rinz Nnaeto, MBA-MIS, CISA
Rinz Nnaeto, MBA-MIS, CISA Managing Director, Strategic Operations
Mr. Nnaeto leads the strategic and operational direction of MarpPharma. He brings a diverse background in business, engineering, and IT consulting, holding a degree in Biochemistry, an MBA in Management Information Systems, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Civil Engineering. He previously managed IT audit, procurement consulting, and business strategy projects at a Big 4 consulting firm, and also serves as a U.S. Army Engineer, where he developed expertise in leadership, logistics, and technical operations. At MarpPharma, he drives growth, compliance alignment, and government contracting strategy, ensuring the division delivers reliable and professional pharmaceutical solutions nationwide.
